Feels like the earth shattered and the world began to turn it's back on you?

You're not alone. So many people suffer from different kinds of harrowing emotions. What made it more unbearable is the lack of support we're getting; not specifically because no one wants to help us, but because we don't even know how to help ourselves.

It isn't easy. Not everyone will understand it, neither they are required to understand.

It is not like an ordinary fever that gets healed after a few days. It negatively affects how you think, feel, and act. It can lead to several arrays of emotions that can cause emotional and physical problems, which, unfortunately, can also lead to death and suicide.

Don't let that happen to you. Don't cut your wrist yet. C'mon, nobody's gonna give a damn if you end your life today. There's so much more out there for you. Including these five helpful videos; hold on, these may not be all you need, but these will help you to at least relax, and rest your troubled mind.

This will help you unleash the power of your imagination, and helps relieve stress that's keeping you from having a good night sleep. Better watch it while resting on a soft, comfortable bed with your eyes shut and lights off.

3. Positive Morning Guided Meditation to Start the Perfect Day

Of course, after sleeping you're gonna have to face another day. Try watching this relaxing video from Great Meditation and listen to the speaker's soothing voice, as she helps you start your day just right.

Take a deep breath, close your doors, have an inner peace, let go, and let GOD. Don't forget to smile. :)

Hebrews 13:5 "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, for God has said:

"Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you."

Reach out to people you know you can trust. Don't keep your feelings with you if you think you can't handle it. Apologize if you make mistake, accept if you have to, forgive because God wants you to. You can't be perfect, and you're allowed to feel what you feel. It's not like you'll be healed straight away because you're tired of feeling what you feel. Everything takes time. It's okay to lose, if you know it's not worth the fight. It's okay to fail, as long as you get up and try again. It's okay to be hurt, but don't let that stop you from loving.

Nothing heals better than love.
